The entire territory was once a 19th-century cookie factory; you can still see the remaining old buildings everywhere. The houses are nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Each house has its own private green space, and a saltwater pool is available for all guests to enjoy. Our property provides fully equipped homes, a BBQ, lounge zones, and green space for relaxation. Don't worry about pesky mosquitoes because the park is equipped with a mosquito-pest control ecosystem, and to minimize our carbon footprint, our apartments are fully solar-powered.

The 2024 season is over, thank you for staying with us! We are now accepting bookings for the 2025 season - from April to the end of September.
Everything is just around the corner
There is a bus stop in front of the house. If you have a car, we offer free parking. It takes 15 minutes to reach Pisa by car or 25 minutes by bus. From Pisa, it's easy to travel to Florence or any other city in Tuscany.

There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Enjoy mouthwatering pizza at a local eatery, savor a farm-to-table dinner at a nearby agrotourism spot, or witness a breathtaking sunset by heading to the seaside. Your culinary adventures start here.
If you ever need to buy anything, there is a Penny shop within a 5-minute walk from the house. Additionally, the local market opens every Tuesday and Thursday in the center of Cascina, providing the perfect opportunity to find small souvenirs or fresh local fruits and vegetables.

A big pool with salty water is available to all guests. It is located in the middle of the garden.

You can walk around the garden and have a splendid dinner in the middle of the forest.
Friendly animals
We have three dogs and three cats, and they are all naturally curious about new guests. You're more than welcome to pet and play with them, but no matter how irresistible their puppy eyes may be — do not feed them!

- We loved our stay at Enricos and his mother's place. We were welcomed by Enrico's mother and throughout our stay the whole family were always sweet and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings and is a perfect place to relax. We didn't have a car, but the supermarket was very near and the bus to Pisa went every 20 minutes almost outside the door.
